Widely considered the premier gay and naturist beach in the Alicante province. It is a clothes-optional sandy beach surrounded by a pine forest and dunes. In the summer months, a rainbow flag often marks the main gay-frequented section. There is a relaxed beach bar, and the adjacent dune paths are known for daytime cruising. Located south of Alicante (about a 35-minute drive), requiring a short walk from the parking area.
Alicante
Just a short drive or tram/bus ride north of central Alicante (toward Playa de San Juan). A rugged, rocky coastline and cove area that is very popular with local naturists, dog owners, and the alternative/LGBTQ+ crowd. Unlike the wide sandy commercial beaches like Postiguet, these rocky coves offer a wilder, more secluded environment for sunbathing and swimming with crystal-clear water. You can reach it via a scenic coastal walking trail from Cabo de las Huertas or Mirador del Anzuelo. Sturdy footwear or water shoes are strongly recommended due to the rocks. Heavily naturist-friendly, so going nude or topless in the designated sections is completely normal.
