Disco Cassero

Disco Cassero is run by Bologna's LGBT center and holds parties on certain Saturdays, plus the occasional night on other days of the week. The big vaulted basement makes it a striking place to visit in its own right. Things usually stay quiet until around 01:00, after which a long line at the door is common. Entry requires an Arcigay membership card, which you can buy when you arrive.

Red Club

Red Club is a gay dance club with several bars, an outdoor area, a smoking room and, from about 02:00, a cruising labyrinth. It sits in the Roveri industrial district, roughly 5 km outside Bologna. Music and shows change from week to week depending on the party being held, and the current lineup is posted on the club's website. The crowd is of mixed ages. Entry also requires an ARCO/ENTES membership card.
